Return & Refund Policy

Return Policy

We offer a 14-day return policy from the date you receive your order. To be eligible for a return, items must be:

  • Unused, unopened, and in original packaging

  • In the same condition as received

  • Accompanied by a receipt or proof of purchase

To initiate a return, contact us at support@scentsale.store. Once your return is approved, we will provide a return shipping label and instructions. Items returned without prior approval will not be accepted.

 


 

Damaged or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order upon delivery. If your item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us within 7 days of receiving your order so we can make it right.

Do not dispose of any product before speaking with our customer service team, as this may affect your eligibility for a refund or replacement.

 


 

Exceptions & Non-Returnable Items

The following items are non-returnable:

  • Personalized or custom products

  • Opened personal care items (e.g., used beauty or fragrance products)

  • Hazardous materials or flammable liquids

  • Sale items or gift cards

If you’re unsure whether your item qualifies for a return, please contact us before sending it back.

 


 

Exchanges

The fastest way to get a replacement item is to return the item you have. Once your return is approved and processed, you can make a new purchase.

If you request a direct exchange, we will review your returned item upon receipt. If approved, your exchange will be processed and shipped. If denied, the item will be returned to you with an explanation.

 


 

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you of the outcome:

  • If approved, you’ll receive a refund to your original payment method within 7–14 business days.

  • If denied, the product will be returned to you with a written explanation.

Please note that cash-on-delivery orders will be credited to your customer account (store credit) rather than refunded to a payment method.

If more than 15 business days have passed since your refund was approved and you haven’t received it, please contact support@scentsale.store

 


 

European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period

If your order was shipped to an address in the European Union, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days for any reason. The same return conditions apply: items must be unopened, unused, and in original packaging with proof of purchase.
